Can I change the accessory parts?
After use, gently wipe any areas that have come into contact with the skin with a soft cloth.
Wipe it (gently to remove sweat and sebum stains).
*Please be careful not to wipe too hard as this may cause damage.
In terms of storage, since it is made of metal, it is best to store it in a low humidity location.
I would like to buy the exact same item that has sold out. Is that possible?
Basically, all items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, so there is no possibility of re-selling them, but we may re-sell some popular items in limited quantities in response to customer requests.
What is the difference between surgical stainless steel and titanium?
Only some of the available products are listed.
The materials used in piercings, titanium and surgical stainless steel (medical grade stainless steel), are both said to be less likely to cause allergic reactions, but there are some differences between them:
Allergic reactions:
•Titanium: Very low allergic reaction. Suitable for sensitive skin.
•Surgical stainless steel: Less likely to cause allergic reactions, but contains nickel and may cause reactions on sensitive skin.
Weight and strength:
•Titanium: Lightweight and strong. Suitable for long-term wear.
•Surgical Stainless Steel: Slightly heavier than titanium and less prone to scratches.
The color of the product I received was slightly different from what was on the website.
The colour of the product in the photograph may look slightly different from the actual product depending on the lighting used during photography.
Also, products that use natural shells may appear slightly different in appearance depending on the light reflection and angle, etc.

Is it possible to wear metal allergy-friendly products while bathing?
Titanium and surgical stainless steel are resistant to sweat and water, so you can even wear all-stainless steel necklaces and bracelets while bathing.
However, there are few ear accessories that are made entirely of stainless steel, and there is a possibility of discoloration or damage during strenuous exercise, so we do not recommend them.

We do not accept returns due to personal reasons. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss caused by the delivery company.
Will metal allergy-friendly products absolutely not cause allergic reactions?
There are individual differences.
Please use this product with the understanding that it is unlikely to cause allergies, but we cannot guarantee that it will not cause an allergic reaction.
In addition, products labeled as suitable for people with metal allergies refer to the material of the piercing post that comes into direct contact with the ear.
This does not refer to the material of the entire product.
Please tell me about the material of the part that touches the ear.
The back of the earrings are made of faux leather to attach them to.
In addition, adhesive is used to attach the earrings, and then they are coated with resin or gel to increase their strength and eliminate any discomfort in the ears.
How strong is the accessory?
The rings that connect the parts are made of stainless steel, and we take strength into consideration during the production process, but as they are handmade products, there is a possibility that they may be damaged by strong impact.
